Simon de Château
Partner, Chairman and Chief Investment Officer
+46 70 848 51 52Mr. de Chateau is a founding partner and the Chairman and CIO of Alma Property Partners. Mr. de Chateau’s primary role at Alma Property Partners is to lead the real estate investment activities including developing investment strategies, establishing partnerships and deal origination. He has over 25 years of experience in real estate investments and transactions in the Nordic market. Prior to founding Alma Property Partners, Mr. de Chateau was co-founder and CEO of Sveafastigheter, a leading Nordic private equity real estate company, and he is one of the most successful private equity real estate investors in the Nordic real estate market.
During his ten years at Sveafastigheter, Mr. de Chateau raised capital for and managed three successful Nordic real estate funds with combined equity capital of €500 million. Mr. de Chateau produced a net leveraged IRR of 22% from 2003-2014. Sveafastigheter’s first real estate fund, Sveafastigheter Sverige I, which focused on real estate investments in Sweden, ranks as one of the top performing real estate funds ever in the Preqin database. The fund is ranked eighth in IRR (net 56%) and has the fourth highest multiple (net 3.1x) among funds ranked in the Preqin top 20. Sveafastigheter’s second and third real estate funds – Sveafastigheter Fund II and Sveafastigheter Fund III – made investments in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Estonia. In aggregate the three funds have delivered a net IRR to investors of 22%.
Prior to joining Sveafastigheter, Mr. de Chateau was responsible for setting up and heading Leimdorfer’s research and corporate finance activities. During his tenure, Leimdorfer acted as financial adviser in eight out of 13 takeovers of Swedish listed property companies. Among notable public to private transactions, Mr. de Chateau worked on, for example, Skandia’s acquisition of Diligentia, AP Fastigheter’s takeover of Diös and Länsförsäkringar’s acquisition of Humlegården, with an aggregate underlying property value in excess of SEK 23 billion. Mr. de Chateau is a board member of Atrium Ljungberg, one of the largest publicly listed Swedish real estate companies, and NCC, one of the largest publicly listed Swedish construction and development companies.
Mr. de Chateau holds an MSc in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.

Sloan Wobbeking
Partner and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Wobbeking’s primary roles at Alma Property Partners are corporate strategy, product development and marketing, fund raising, fund structuring, investor relations, compliance and risk management. He has 23 years of experience in private equity real estate, corporate strategy and finance. Prior to founding Alma Property Partners, Mr. Wobbeking was a Business Development and Investor Relations specialist at Niam, a leading Nordic private equity real estate company.
From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Wobbeking raised over €1 billion in equity capital for two fund products at Niam. He played a lead role in raising €719 millon of equity capital for Niam Nordic V, which was the largest opportunistic real estate fund ever raised in the Nordic Region at that time. He also raised €300 million of equity capital for Niam Nordic Core-Plus, which was the first ever core-plus fund raised in the Nordic Region. During 2013-2014, Mr. Wobbeking originated and led the execution of the sale of 105 Finnish and Swedish properties from Niam Nordic Investment Fund III to Partners Group for €300 million. The transaction was one of the most complicated real estate transactions ever executed by Niam and enabled a divestment of all remaining properties in Niam Nordic Investment Fund III.
From 2007-2010, Mr. Wobbeking was a corporate strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Stockholm working primarily with Nordic companies. Prior to Bain, he lived in Boston (USA) and worked in venture capital at Advent International (2002-2005) and J.P. Morgan Partners (2000-2002) where he focused on making investments in the energy and technology sectors. Prior to working in venture capital, he spent two years in investment banking at Lehman Brothers in New York.
Mr. Wobbeking holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University.

Jacob Annehed
Partner and Chief Financial Officer
+46 70 867 81 04Mr. Annehed is a partner and the Chief Financial Officer of Alma Property Partners since 2015. Mr. Annehed’s primary role is to lead the overall group finance activities including fund structuring/ investor reporting, transaction support, debt financing, tax and cash optimization, business/financial controlling and regulatory requirements. He has 18 years of experience in financial services and private equity real estate. Prior to joining Alma Property Partners, Mr. Annehed was partner and CFO at NREP (Nordic Real Estate Partners), a Nordic private equity real estate company.
During his time at NREP, Mr. Annehed co-led the structuring of the Nordic Strategies Fund – FCP FIS (NSF I) with €400 million of equity committed including fund raising support and set up of the local infrastructure in Luxemburg. In addition, he participated in several major transactions including the divestment of the, at the time, largest prime logistics portfolio in the Nordics at €650 million.
Prior to joining NREP, Mr. Annehed worked as Head of Finance and member of the Scandinavian private division management team at RSA (Codan/Trygg Hansa), a company with annual premiums of SEK 10 billion and +1000 employees. Prior to this, he was Head of Business Control & Accounting at the Finnish utility group, Fortum and before that he held various management and analytical roles at GE Capital from 2004-2010.
Mr. Annehed holds a BSc in Business and Economics from Lund University, Sweden.

Jerry Aaltonen
Associate, Investments

Mr. Aaltonen’s primary roles at Alma Property Partners are deal sourcing, transaction process management, transaction execution support, market research and asset management.
Prior to joining Alma Property Partners, Mr. Aaltonen worked for three years at Brunswick Real Estate (formerly Sveafastigheter) as an Investment Manager. During his time at Brunswick, Mr. Aaltonen was involved in several transactions for Brunswick’s Finnish mandates, including the divestment of Finnish real estate company Kielo. Prior to joining Brunswick, he worked at the Ministry of Finance of Finland (2017).
He holds a Msc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bsc in International Business from Aalto University.

Stefan Albinsson
Partner, Head Of Asset Management and Sustainability

Mr. Albinsson’s primary roles at Alma Property Partners are to lead the asset management activities and oversee asset value creations strategies. Stefan is responsible for the property development, to manage the asset management partner relationships and ensure the Almas investments comply up the company’s Environmental and Social Responsibility policy. He has 24 years of experience in real estate asset management, investments and transactions in the Nordic market. Prior to joining Alma Property Partners, Mr. Albinsson was a fund manager at Niam, a leading Nordic private equity real estate company.
During his seven years at Niam, Mr. Albinsson was the fund manager for two opportunistic Nordic real estate funds with a combined equity capital of €1.5 billion. Mr. Albinsson’s responsibilities were to actively develop the fund strategy, to lead the asset management and property development of the investments under management and to manage the timing and execute the divestment of the fully developed assets. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Albinsson was the fund manager of Niam Fund IV, a €670 million equity capital fund, where he successfully developed and divested of all the funds properties and oversaw the final winding up of the fund. Under Mr. Albinsson’s management, Niam Fund IV delivered market leading returns with a net leveraged IRR of 15% and an equity multiple of 1.7x. From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Albinsson was the Fund manager of Niam Fund VI, the largest opportunistic real estate fund in the Nordic market at the time with equity capital of €800 million.
From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Albinsson worked as a Senior Transaction Manager at Aberdeen Property Investors and was responsible for acquisition and divestment project management and transaction origination for the Aberdeen real estate funds in Sweden. Prior to 2007, Mr. Albinsson held various investment banking, corporate finance, acquisition and investment management positions at DTZ, Prosper Capital, Lehman Brothers, Arthur Andersen and Nordea.
Mr. Albinsson holds an MSc in Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Nanna Flint
Financial Controller
+45 22 15 44 02Prior to joining Alma, Ms. Flint worked for Danish Ship Finance as a Financial controller, where she was responsible for calculating capital requirements, financial and investor reporting as well as tax reporting. She also served as an employee elected board member. Prior to Danish Ship Finance, she spent five years at Deloitte Denmark as an auditor, focusing on audit of UCITS and Investment Management Companies but also served a broad spectrum of other clients.
Ms. Flint holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from Roskilde University.

Jesper Grothe
Senior Associate, Investments

Mr. Grothe’s primary roles at Alma Property Partners are deal sourcing, transaction process management, transaction execution support, market research and asset management.
Prior to joining Alma Property Partners, Mr. Grothe worked for four and a half years at PwC as an M&A advisor mainly within the real estate sector. During his time at PwC, he worked primarily with real estate clients within the field of mergers, acquisitions, divestments and strategic advisory. Mr. Grothe has been involved in a substantial amount of real estate deals/projects as either a M&A, financial or strategic advisor. His role included day-to-day project management for transaction processes and strategic advisory assignments across all types of real estate segments. Prior to joining PwC, he worked as an investment analyst at Aon.
He holds a MSc in Finance and Investments from Copenhagen Business School.

Robert Landtman
Partner, Head of Finland
+358 50 374 60 69Mr. Landtman is a partner and is responsible for leading investment and asset management activities in Finland for Alma Property Partners. He primarily focuses on deal origination and leading the asset management activities for Alma in Finland. Mr. Landtman has nearly 20 years of experience within real estate private equity, investments and financing. Over the past 10 years he has completed and subsequently managed acquisitions worth more than €500 million in the Finnish market.
Mr. Landtman joined Alma Property Partners in 2016 from eQ Asset Management, a leading Finnish asset manager, where he was responsible for eQ Care, a real estate mutual fund with €450 million of assets under management. Between 2014 and 2016, Mr. Landtman was fully responsible for all aspects of the eQ Care mutual fund including completing investments. During his tenure, the fund grew five-fold from €90 million to €450 million. He was responsible for acquiring almost 90 properties for the fund, including the purchase of a €155 million portfolio.
Prior to eQ, Mr. Landtman worked together with Mr. de Château at Sveafastigheter. From 2010-2014, Mr. Landtman was part of the Finnish investment team at Sveafastigheter that acquired six portfolios with a value of €350 million for Sveafastigheter Fund III.
Prior to Sveafastigheter, Mr. Landtman worked in London for Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a media-focused private equity firm, where he completed equity transactions across Europe from 2006-2010. Before that he spent four years arranging and investing in mezzanine debt mainly in connection with European buyouts at Nordic Mezzanine, a UK-Finnish mezzanine investor.
Mr. Landtman holds a M.Sc (Econ.) from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration (Hanken) in Helsinki.

Martina Lous-Christensen
Director, Finance

Ms. Lous-Christensen’s primary roles at Alma Property Partners will be business partner support to the investments team and financial control, reporting and performance measurement for Alma Fund III, including tax and legal structuring, due diligence and transaction execution, debt financing and cash planning.
Ms. Lous-Christensen has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services and real estate sectors. She was Chief Financial Officer for CBRE Investment Management Nordics since 2017 where she was responsible for the financial strategic direction and operative management of all portfolio companies in the Nordic countries overseeing real assets valued at €1 billion. Key activities were tax and legal structuring, due diligence and transaction execution, debt financing, cash planning, financial control and performance measurement, processes and IT change management. She has also been board director in all portfolio companies.
Prior to CBRE Investment Management, Ms. Lous-Christensen worked as Head of Bank & Investment Accounting at Länsförsäkringar Alliance, one of Sweden’s largest institutions in the bank and insurance market serving 3.9 million customers. She also has a background as a certified public accountant within the financial services and real estate industries, providing assurance services at Deloitte and KPMG from 2002-2014.
Ms. Lous-Christensen holds a MSc in Business and Economics from Lund University, Sweden.

Liisa Luokkanen
Director, Finance
+358 50 442 20 90Ms. Luokkanen is a Director, Finance at Alma Property Partners. She is responsible for the finance and controlling functions of Alma’s business in Finland. Ms. Luokkanen has 15 years of real estate finance experience.
Prior to joining Alma, Ms. Luokkanen worked for Avant Capital Partners as a Finance Manager, where she was responsible for Avant´s financial administration, business controlling and investor reporting. Prior to Avant, she spent five years at Aberdeen Asset Management as a Senior Fund Controller focusing on financial reporting of real estate funds. Before that she worked for KPMG as an auditor in the Financial Services division.
Ms. Luokkanen holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Oulu, majoring in Accounting, and a Master of Science degree in Technology from Aalto University, majoring in Real Estate Management.

Hüseyin Meric
Partner, Head of Denmark

Mr. Meric’s primary roles are deal origination, deal execution and leading the asset management activities in Denmark. He has over 10 years of experience within private equity real estate, investments and portfolio management.
Mr. Meric joined Alma Property Partners from Sampension where he was Senior Portfolio Manager and a key member of the Real Estate & Infrastructure team managing a global portfolio of EUR 2.5bn. The portfolio consisted of listed and unlisted real estate assets mainly in Europe and North America as well as infrastructure assets. During his tenure, Mr. Meric conducted direct transactions worth €600 million. Mr. Meric’s role was portfolio construction & strategy, deal sourcing and execution.
Before joining Sampension, Mr. Meric was an Investment Manager in SF Management, a Danish real estate investment management firm based in Copenhagen and London. During his tenure, he completed investments in Denmark worth €350 million on behalf of various real estate private equity funds and family offices. His main role was deal sourcing, transaction process management and deal execution.
Prior to joining SF Management, Mr. Meric worked as a senior associate for Sadolin & Albæk (now Colliers). He was part of the capital market team working with advisory services in connection with structured sale processes involving property companies, property portfolios and large single properties.
Mr. Meric holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School.

Mikael Pehrsson

Mr. Pehrsson’s primary roles at Alma Property Partners are to lead the Swedish real estate investments team and to manage deal originations as well as real estate transactions. Mr. Pehrsson has 15 years of experience within real estate investments and management consulting.
Prior to joining Alma Property Partners, Mr. Pehrsson worked for Cromwell Property Group, a leading Australian property investment and funds management group listed in the S&P/ASX 200, where he is leading the investment management activities in the Nordics. During his tenure at Cromwell Property Group, Mr. Pehrsson conducted transactions worth €300 million, including a 27-asset portfolio for €109 million jointly acquired with Goldman Sachs in June 2018.
Prior to Cromwell Property Group, Mr. Pehrsson worked together with Mr. de Château at Sveafastigheter (later renamed to Brunswick Real Estate). From 2008 to 2017, Mr. Pehrsson was part of the investment team and focused on value-add investments, primarily across Sweden and Denmark, and conducted close to 30 transactions for Sveafastigheter Fund III, Fastighets AB Regio (jointly with AP3 – the third Swedish national pension fund) and additional investment mandates. Mr. Pehrsson has additionally served as fund manager for an investment mandate with Partners Group exceeding €700 million in AUM.
Prior to Sveafastigheter, Mr. Pehrsson worked as Management Consultant at Accenture. Between 2006 and 2008 he worked with global clients across multiple industries to improve their profitability primarily via supply chain management projects.
Mr. Pehrsson holds a MSc in Computer Science and Industrial Economics from Lund University, Sweden. Mr. Pehrsson also conducted a scholarship program at the Imperial College London, U.K., specialized in finance and computer science.

David Repton
Director, Investments

Prior to joining Alma Property Partners, he worked as an Investment Manager at Brunswick Real Estate (former Sveafastigheter) for four years. During his time at Brunswick, Mr. Repton conducted transactions in Sweden of a gross asset value of €200m and was involved in the fund raising and set up of the Finnish real estate company Kielo where he conducted transactions of a gross asset value of €400m. Prior to joining Brunswick, he worked as an analyst at RBS Nordisk Renting for two years.
Mr. Repton holds an MPhil in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Real Estate Finance from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.

Viktoria Stenström Ståläng

Ms. Stenström Ståläng is the Office Manager at Alma Property Partners. Her primary roles are managing the daily office environment and leading various administrative tasks. She has over 25 years of office management, event planning and services experience. Prior to joining Alma, Ms. Stenström Ståläng spent significant time as office manager in the legal sector where service, accuracy and professionalism are highly valued. Additionally, she has been an entrepreneur pursuing her great interest in food and wine and is also a trained sommelier.

Johan Svenbrink
Head of Finance and Controlling
+46 70 887 92 48Mr. Svenbrink is Head of Finance and Controlling at Alma Property Partners. His primary roles are leading the accounting process, business and financial controlling and fund reporting as well as supporting transaction processes. Mr. Svenbrink has more than 12 years of work experience including approximately 7 years at EY as a certified auditor within the real estate sector from 2011-2017.
He worked primarily with real estate clients including listed companies, private companies and funds, but also conducted client work in the energy, e-commerce and industrial sectors. The role included overall responsibility of the audit process, acting as client contact and audit reporting. Furthermore, during his time at EY, Mr. Svenbrink participated in numerous educational programs within areas such as international accounting, group consolidation and tax. Mr. Svenbrink holds a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting, from Uppsala University. He also has experience in IFRS accounting and INREV reporting.

Jan Wocalewski
Associate, Investments

Mr. Wocalewski’s primary roles at Alma Property Partners are deal sourcing, transaction process management, transaction execution support, market research and asset management. He has experience within private equity real estate, public equity and management consulting.
Prior to joining Alma Property Partners, Mr. Wocalewski worked at Svenska Handelsbanken (2018-2019), ABG Sundal Collier (2016-2017), and Agenda Retail Group (2014-2016) while pursuing his full-time studies. In addition, Mr. Wocalewski has been a successful track & field athlete representing Sweden in international competitions. Mr. Wocalewski holds a BSc in Business & Economics and a MSc in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics.
