Propulus Real Estate is one of the largest portfolios in the Nordic Region of necessity driven retail properties which include discount retailers, grocery stores and fast food and roadside restaurants. The portfolio has been aggregated in close cooperation with our partners CT Development and P&E Fastigheter through selected off-market acquisitions and new developments. Necessity driven retail has been growing strongly in the Nordic Region and their product and service offerings are very popular with consumers. The properties are modern with over 80% newly constructed and the lease duration is approximately 12 years. The primary tenants are Dollarstore, Jysk, Willys, Burger King, Rasta and City Gross.
